At Summer Texture, everything we do is rooted in things that take time. Whether it's the rhythmic weaving of Kala cotton or the slow, hand-dyed process of Indian ikat, our fabrics are made by human hands. It only felt right to bring that same intentionality to how we connect with you

Our resolution for 2026 was to step further away from the screen and create more opportunities to meet in person. We want to turn that intention into a reality through the gatherings we host throughout the year

We organize in-person workshops in UAE because we believe in the quiet necessity of putting our phones away and just being in a room together. In a world that feels too fast and too digital, we want to create a space where it is okay to just sit-down and slow down

For us, these gatherings are about practicing presence. When we work with our hands on physical product, we aren't just making something—we are reconnecting with the world and with each other. It's an invitation to step out of the rush, appreciate the texture of a real fabric, and enjoy an afternoon of quiet craft and honest conversation
