Shipping
Do you ship across the GCC?
Yes. We deliver to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
Do you ship outside the GCC?
Not yet — right now we ship within the UAE and GCC only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. From there, UAE delivery takes an additional 1–2 working days (2–4 days total). GCC delivery takes an additional 3–7 working days (4–9 days total).
Is shipping free?
Free within the UAE on orders over AED 200 (AED 20 flat rate below that). Free across the rest of the GCC on orders over AED 500 (AED 45 flat rate below that). Customs and duties on GCC orders outside the UAE are covered by the customer.
Sizing
How do I know what size to get?
We keep sizing simple — four bands (XS/S, S/M, M/L, L/XL) with bust, waist, hip, and height for each. Check our Size Guide before you order.
What if I'm buying a gift and I'm not sure of their size?
That's exactly why we keep the bands broad and simple — no need for exact measurements to make a good guess.
Care
How do I care for my pieces?
Natural fabrics need a little more care than synthetic ones. Check our Care Guide for washing and care instructions by fabric.
Visiting Us
Do you have a physical store?
Not yet — we're online, with the occasional pop-up and workshop around the UAE. Check our Events page for what's coming up.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging. There are no restocking fees.
How do I start a return?
Reach out through our Contact Form, and we'll take it from there.
When do I get my refund?
Once your return is approved, we refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Return shipping is covered by the customer; original shipping isn't refundable.
